About bd1

Our Story

Built for Bangladesh, Driven by Passion

bd1 was created with one clear purpose — to give players across Bangladesh a safe, exciting, and seamless online gaming experience. From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Khulna, we understood that Bangladeshi players deserved a platform designed around their needs: their preferred payment methods, their favourite sports, and their cultural rhythms. That vision became bd1.

Since launching, bd1 has grown into one of the most recognised online betting and casino destinations for Bangladeshi players. We offer a wide portfolio of products — live casino tables, cricket and sports betting markets, slot games, crash games, and more — all accessible from a single account on any mobile device. Our platform is engineered for speed and reliability, so you never miss a key moment in a BPL match or a live dealer hand.

Who We Are

A Platform Shaped Around Bangladeshi Players

At its core, bd1 is a team of gaming enthusiasts, technology professionals, and customer experience experts who share a deep understanding of what Bangladeshi players look for in an online platform. We do not operate as a faceless corporation — we are active in the same communities, watching the same cricket matches, and celebrating the same festivals as our players, from Pohela Boishakh to Eid.

Our product decisions are made with the Bangladeshi experience in mind. That means local deposit and withdrawal options like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as first-class payment methods — not afterthoughts. It means a Bengali-language toggle for players who prefer to navigate in their mother tongue. It means cricket betting markets that go deep into BPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, alongside international tournaments like the IPL and ICC events.

Core Values

The Principles Behind Everything We Do

Our values are not written for a wall — they shape the decisions we make every single day, from the games we add to the platform to the way our support team responds to a player query at midnight.

• 🤝Transparency — We are upfront about our terms, bonus conditions, and payout timelines. No hidden clauses, no misleading offers.
• ⚖️Fairness — Every game on bd1 uses certified random number generation (RNG), meaning outcomes are never manipulated and every player has a genuine chance to win.
• 🛡️Security — Player funds and personal data are protected by bank-grade SSL encryption. We never sell or share user information with third parties.
• 🌱Responsible Gaming — We believe in sustainable entertainment. We provide tools for deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion, and we promote responsible gaming to all our players. Gaming is for adults aged 21 and above only.

Our Players

Made for Every Corner of Bangladesh

bd1 serves players from every division of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Whether you are a cricket fan in Cox's Bazar following a live T20 match, or a slots enthusiast in Dhaka looking for the next big jackpot, bd1 is built to deliver the same quality experience regardless of your location or device.

We accept deposits starting from ৳500, making bd1 accessible to casual players and high-rollers alike. Our 24/7 Bangla and English support team is always on hand to assist with accounts, payments, technical issues, and general questions — via live chat and email. We take pride in responding fast, because we know that when you need help, you need it right now.

Safe Gaming

Entertainment Comes First — Always Play Responsibly

bd1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, never a source of financial stress. For this reason, we provide practical tools that allow players to manage their own play: deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion for those who need it. All tools are available directly from your account settings.

bd1 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We use identity verification steps during account registration to uphold this standard. If you or someone you know feels that gaming is no longer a form of entertainment, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at [email protected] or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance. You are never alone, and help is always available.
